Related: does anyone have a set of the three pre-order promo adventure cards they'd be willing to sell?

I quite like Requiem, especially the early ones.

Volume 12 (and the subsequent Panini collection of 11 and 12) aren't expected until next year.

Mills tends to write stuff he can spin out for ever and ever, so I'd be quite surprised if this has a finite running length.
It does. He's said it will end with vol 13. I think in one of the introductions?

Served Cold Contents:

Served Cold; What the Hitler Saw; The Bean Counter; The Rich Cabaret; The Cop; Magic Bullets; The Americans; Cockroaches; Rehab; Doctor What?

The Trip... I haven't opened this, it'll probably get me a extra 60p on ebay still sealed. But I'd guess it's:
Big Robots; Wiierd; Biophyle; The House of Vyle; The Trip; Stone Voices

Is that correct?

Happy to hear there's a dead end volume coming, The most recent psi-files book stops at Stone Voices. I hope it's mostly new stuff.

Oh my God, the idea is so beautiful.

I am genuinely stunned by the lack of info about the extension, surely they should be trying to generate interest.

Should they? It's more about getting 10x£9.99 more out of the people who've gotten this far than attracting new people, isn't it?

"I'm a misogynist and if you explained it to me nicely I would have changed, but you didn't, so even tho you have explained it I still am one"

You are not correct, unfortunately! These 2 strips are still missing in action:

Mortal Combat 1 episode (Meg 3.27) 6 pages
Script: Gordon Rennie, Artist: Marc Wigmore

Silence 1 episode (Meg 3.77) 10 pages
Script: Gordon Rennie, Artist: Wayne Reynolds

All 5 Harke & Burr stories are in there, including the Missionary Man guest spot, yeah.

though I'm consious I'm in a minority!

So you could say that you're a... statistical........  outlier...

eh, from my perspective the best volumes of the series are exactly the ones everyone hates. I've got the Case Files, and some other trades, so I'm much happier with a trashy volume of Meg-Dregs than a High Quality Dredd book that I already have 80-100% on my bookshelf.

(And thru the collection I've discovered that the "house-style" of the 90's Megazine is one I find pretty entertaining even when it's shit. (Which it largely is.))

Excellent, was worried I'd made a horrible mistake selling those Meg floppies and buying this for a second!

I just noticed Dean Ormston and Si Spencer on the Fallen Angels cover. Can't see anything related they've done, so are they putting some Harke & Burr in there to bulk it up? I wonder if it will be the stuff from the Meg Floppy, or maybe the Missionary Man crossover?

Hell, they might even put in the MM strips the collection already skipped. Make this an Angel Gang/Mean Machine/Cursed Earth Miscellany book.

My Stars of Psi-Division hasn't arrived yet, but looking at the wiki, did it really skip Karyn: Concrete Sky and Janus: House of Sighs?

Announcements / Re: 2000 AD - The Ultimate Collection

For the Mega-Collection, I home-made little dustjackets from sheets of A4 that are enough to cover the spine, printing out labels with the volume contents on. More functional than trying to remember which volume number means what, and means I'm not going to get 30-something volumes I don't want just to finish the spine image. Because I would do that. That is absolutely something I would do.
