Has there been lots of attention given to the amazing loss of life during DoC? 7 our of 8 people died, that should change the way of day to day life in the big meg. Does it bring marshal law or does it open the door for more democracy?

Does it bring Marshal Law?

MC1 already exists under a permanent state of martial law, but no, there hasn't been much examination of the repercussions of those events so far. Unless Wasteland forms the opening chapter of the next mega-epic, everyone still seems to be waiting for Wagner to show them where we're going next.
