A meet-up in the North of England? Given that I am skint and I'm starting the thread I'm going to suggest LEEDS as the city.
Meet up at one of the LCS in Leeds, do a tour of them maybe...
Then a pub for a bite and a beer, a beer and a bite or just a few beers?
Ideas? Opinions?
Yeah we've not done one of these for a while... last one was just the two of us! Leeds is pretty good for me (in Sheffield) so if it gets off the ground I'm up for it (diary willing and all that)

Yeah, I was going to suggest Wetherspoons in the Train Station. Really easy to find & rasy to find people once you are there.

Fellow Norts, unfortunately due to an urgent commission for a client given to me today, I'm not going to be able to make it tomorrow. I'm gutted as i was looking forward to it (and sleep) but when work comes my way i can't refuse it.

Well, the turnout was small, but a pleasant afternoon's boozing was had. Great to hear Dale's many stories (not all of which conclude "actually,he's a c*nt) and to get to know Batking and his son.
I got in a lot of trouble with Saul's fiance for him turning up at her Mum's place drunk LOL. I'm not his keeper now he is 20!!!
He went to OK Comics when he left the pub & apparently Jared said that he expected the 2000AD Nort Gathering to me just me n Saul... So he told him what a huge turn out it was!
