In fact, the first collection of Daily Star Dredds that was released reads as a perfect introduction to Mega-City 1 and the Judge system.
Might be worth trying to sell them to an American newspaper, so Americans can finally (hopefully) 'get' the character?

I totally agree that its a short sharp shock into into the Dredd omniverse...

Some of the individual artwork is superb as well... :-)
