Chief Judge Griffins first name?

Hi folks,
I am currently writting an article for Mongoose Publishing's Signs and Portents magazine, about the Chief Judges of Mega-City One and for the life of me cant remember the first name of Chief Judge Griffin or find any reference to it anywhere!

I was hoping that someone on the boards (looking to that walking encylopidea of Dredd Mr Wake here) can tell me his first name.

I researched for a lot of the info on the Chief Judges page (linked above), I couldn't find a first name for him. I didn't search all the comic issues he appeared in, but I did try all the "other" reference material that I could find.

Don't think it's ever been used.

I'd imagine Logan (or Wagner via Logan) would be your best bet. Right WR?

Your right of course Paul but when it comes to the crazy world of roleplaying.. well ya know what I mean.

I was going to use the name from the movie, but seeing as Hilda McGruder is called Ellen in the movie that ballsed that idea up good style.

Can't it just be left to the reader/players imagination?

Or maybe he's just "Griffin!", as in Madonna, Maradona, Prince, Sting, etc etc
