Also the Mean Machine one - actually can we have 5 Mean Machine ones (1,2,3,4,4 1/2), so that I can wear whichever one suits my mood that morning :D

If you do a search for "Mean Machine" (including the quotes") this will list some other publications that include Mean Machine stories, though

Good to hear. The accessibility stuff is particularly galling since it's one thing to effectively be blocked from using the 2000 AD app, but the shop is another thing altogether. (Closing your eyes every time you tap/click gets old very fast, to the point you soon go elsewhere.)

BTW it looks like there was an issue with a few products not having the correct delivery information set, which means you may have seen an error like "Delivery is not currently available for your selected location", this should now be fixed.

There were also a few digital products which didn't have the correct download media attached (i.e. the PDF and CBZ files), these should also now be fixed, but if you still experience any problems with downloads, please email shop@2000adonline.com and we'll sort it out.

Just had a look at the new look 2000AD Shop. Very nice. Great to be finally able to store my card details in my profile now. So great in fact that I celebrated by buying the Prog 1 Exclusive and Special Edition Zenith T-Shirts!  :D

(Hopefully they might arrive in time for the 40th Festival.)

I couldn't get any further than checkout. When I clicked that icon it went no further...

Hi blixab - when you say "it went no further"  after you clicked the "proceed to checkout" button, what happened? Did it not display the "Review Order" page, or was there some other issue? Was any error message displayed?

I've replied to your email. We've had a coupe of other customers report the same, but we can't replicate the problem here, it just works. It may be an issue with specific web browsers, so if anyone is experiencing this, please let us know which (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Edge) and which platform (PC, Mac, iOS, Android etc.) you're using, as well as whether you have Javascript enabled (should be by default) or any browser extensions/plugins installed.

BTW this is not fixed yet for Safari and Firefox on a Mac yet (we're working on it), but another Mac user who reported a similar problem found a workaround and was able to place an order using the Google Chrome web browser on his Mac – so if you're a Mac user and wish to place an order before we're able to test and roll out a fix, you could just download and install Google Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/

We think we've now fixed the bug that was preventing some people from checking out on the new 2000 AD web shop. It was mainly affecting users on Safari/Firefox on Macs, but was also occurring occasionally on Firefox and even Chrome on PCs running Windows. We've now rolled the fix out to the live 2000 AD web shop.
