Free gifts - but from where?

Help me, hive-mind, you're my only hope.

(Yeah, I stole that from another user - so sue me!)

I'm trying to figure out where three 2000AD/Meg free gifts have come from:

1. An A3-size-ish poster of Judge Dredd, on card, by Sean Phillips, 1999-ish.  Dredd is racing towards us, looking grim, and his lawmaster is behind him, with headlights on, and behind that, the city in darkness.

2. An A2-size-ish fold out paper poster of Judge Dredd, fighting punks on top of a Justice Dept. eagle.  Behind them, the city skyline, in darkness.

3. Free comic: "Chaos League", No. 0.

this came from a Sunday newspaper I think. I have it myself- its on heavy paper though, not card

Any chance of a scan?

Admittedly, that Chaos League comic seems like the kind of thing that would come with White Dwarf, but I thought it was free with a tooth-related product.

yeah, that Sean Phillips one came from a Sunday newspaper magazine supplement- there was a feature on 2000ad

That's the fella in the middle, I'm sure that was from the old Dredd reprint title...
