Well, from a German friend of mine who happened to drop by my work today...

"It is too bad. The element of surprise is lost."

"Wie schade. Der Ueberrascgungseffekt ging verloren."

"We can still kill them both."

Wir koennen sie immernoch beide umbringen

"I understand German, you know."

Weisst du, ich verstehe deutsch.
(I believe she said this was the informal version)

"Those tattoos are badly drawn and they don't compensate for your tiny genitals."

Diese tatoos sind schlecht gezeichnet und sie kommen nicht fuer deine winzigen Genitalien auf.

"One at a time or all together, you sons of prostitute circus dogs."

Jeder einzeln, oder alle zusammen, ihr verhuhrten Zirkushunde.

The last one caused some degree of prevarication as she was very tired and hadn't been expecting anything like this. I think she went for a more everyday usage translation than grammatically  perfect. She also had a low opinion of babelfish as it lacks context and understanding for it's translations (still bloody useful though).

Hope this helps

Naah, "I'm asking the questions (slap, slap)" is Schiller

Funt Solo

"Scheif dem fenster."

Not sure about the spelling, but name that movie!
++ A-Z ++  coma ++

House of Usher

Kind of glad I didn't have to run that by my own German colleague, after all!

:)
STRIKE !!!

Great stuff! Thanks a lot. Knock wood, I'll be able to give some vague hint of what that was all for soon enough.
Try again. Fail again. Fail better.
