Trifecta, mega collection? or Rebellion?

I'm going to purchase Trifecta tonight. Is there any difference in buying the mega collection release, and the rebellion release? or do they just contain the same material?

The Hachette book has the first appearance of Judge Bachmann, one of the story's main villians, so I would probably plump for that one. Annoyingly though, neither book inclydes the first appearance of Judge Maitland.

Thanks, I'll go for the hatchet release. Do you know if the simping detective mega collection, rebellion versions are any different?

They both contain all the Simping Detective stories; the Hachette book also includes the three Demarco P.I stories, just prior to her turning up as a supporting character in Simping Detective.

According to wiki, the mega collection also includes the Demarco PI stories. Have you just spoiled Travis' death for me? lol. I've read Demarco PI, and I'm reading the simping detective now, but have the  last story to read, and I've not read Trifecta yet.
