Thanks Richard. My guess is that it's working for you on iPhone. Tapatalk HD is not supported by this forum (cost me £3 to find that out!).

Any chance of getting the Tapatalk HD plugin installed here w3bz?

This happened to me too - bought Tapatalk for the ipad only to find it doesn't work properly.

Support for it would be nice if possible.

Very sad news. Got into his books after the adaption in 2000ad, read most of stainless and Deathworld. Time for a re-read I think.

Good enough for me - I'm pretty much an ipad addict now. Would be good if any classic stories were available for download.

Not sure if it's new, but I noticed that the prog is available via the iBooks/Bookstand on iOS...

Yep, noticed the 2000ad app on the apple store. Single issue downloads or subscription options. That's me sorted then.....

Something my daughter did today on artrage. Pretty proud of her to be honest, nice and simple with good use of colour. She's only 11 and all she wants to be is an artist :)

Help! / Re: Is seven inches enough?

Spent the last few days with my iPad and, so far, very pleased with the decision. Perfect size for everything I need. Although there are android tablets with the same screen size it's the resolution of the iPad that sets it apart - it really is lovely. And I am a fan of android.
Thanks for the advice and recommendations indigo, been downloading a fair bit so far!

Ok, got a 32gb iPad last night - any recommendations would be welcome. So far downloaded the tapatalk app but this forum doesn't seem to be updated for it, which is a shame as it's the only one I use it for! although it looks great in safari. I'm looking for a good art app (sKetchbook pro maybe?) and something for reading the prog in. Anything else you could recommend would be very appreciated.

Very happy with it so far but I can already see I've got a fight on my hands keeping the rest of the family off it!

Ipad it is. Had a good play with it and the Google nexus 7. I must admit the nexus is lovely and if I didn't have my phone I might have got one but it's pretty much the same only a bit bigger. The ipad screen is certainly a fair bit better and more suitable for what I want. I do really like the openness of Android and I am more used to using it but the Apple wins on just enough counts for me to get one. Thanks for your advice.

Thanks Indigo. My intention for a while has been to go for the iPad but then this new Nexus came along at half the price and it got me thinking. I am more used to android, having never used ios, so I have a pretty good knowledge of how it works BUT the screen on the iPad does seem a better size for what I want. Sometimes I hate my indecisiveness! I shall go and have a play with them both in the shop over the weekend.

Help! / Is seven inches enough?

I have just been given some vouchers at work - a bit like a commission type thing. So far I have £340 with another £220 to come.

Now, I want to get a tablet. I'm thinking iPad because of the larger screen but something like the Nexus 7 is half the price.

But is that screen at 7 inches enough? I want it for comic reading, drawing and web stuff mainly. Basically, do you think an extra £200 for an extra 3 inches worth it?

I know a lot of you get the prog digitally and I'm pretty sure I remember some of you use one for sketching etc. which is why I reckon you're the best people to ask for advice!

I kid you not- the other day I ran 10km (on a treadmill mind) and all I listened to was Bruce Springsteen's Dancing in the Dark on repeat lol

Now this is the sort of thing I would do (maybe with out the treadmill though). Fucking love Springsteen.

In case anyone missed my Facebook post, I was at that epic gig Saturday when they switched the bloody mics off. Bastards.

Really pleased the reaction has been so good, roll on Sept! All we need now is the Daily Mail to condemn it and we have a winner!
