Right here's the premise:

A Blind Date style show involving 2K characters, presented by Miss Joe Black former operative of P.E.S.T. (how many of you remember him?).

Your task is to create a scenario or two involving one male and three female, or one female and three male 2K characters. Don't forget to put their chosen destination, and a possible follow up post regarding what they thought of each other.

Try not to do too many Dredd one's though, as variety is as they say the spice of life. Actually Paul Atreides might beg to differ on that last bit, but there you go.

I would have done a scenario myself, but as I went off the idea as I was typing this, I'd be rather surprised if you do.

Having just watched the second of the Walking with dinosaurs specials, I have decided upon two things:

1. They should have been titled "Running away very fast from dinosaurs"

2. I intend to find someone who has had no contact with the outside world since the late 70's, show them said series and convince them that it is actual footage of newly discovered dino's, before convincing them to sell their property and use their life savings to go on a tour where I can secretly film them and laugh at their steeeuuupid face when they realise it was just a great prank.

I've noticed that a lot of the names on the "KOOM SKRREE" page are no longer in use, some of them such as "Ol' Marbles" and "Col Marbles" and "Froggy" and "Frogman" seem to be the same person. Then of course there is "Scojo", "Synapse" and "Android". I for one am guilty of changing my name not long after joining the site, purely I must point out, because I was never happy with my original handle (an obscure Doctor Who character if you must know) It made me wonder if any of the other boarders out there are guilty of name changing and if so what were you called before. I seem to remember King Troutman went by his actual name originally, but I may be confusing him with someone else. Anyway, reply if you want.

I was up really late last night/this morning with chronic insomnia, and passed the time extending the record thread. Imagine my horror when I found it had all been in vain, and Wake had deleted nearly all my drivel. I am now going to sleep for at least a thousand years, (even tiny cartoon megalomaniacs need their sleep you know) and hopefully when I arise it will all have been a bad dream. Don't forget to give me a wake-up call.

If you were the editor of 2K, what stories/features would you put in or take out. Would you ressurect any old stories or do you have an idea for one yourself. Just remember everything you say including the really excellent ideas will be totally ignored by the actual editor, so until you actually run the mag just keep wishing hard.

Question: If the last ABC Warriors story is set in the time of the termight empire, why are there still the original alien residents (the Tri-morphs) on mars? Surely with Mars being but a stones throw in galactic terms from Earth they would have been among the first to be exterminated by Torquemada. Were they very good at hiding, did Tom Tom misplace his glasses, or did he plan on getting back to them later? Anyone got any suggestions?.
