Eddy Murphy was just being a gentleman and offering (what he thought was) a lady a lift home in the rain. The scurrilous suggestion that the cops interrupted him before he could get his lips round her wanger is the kind of thing that can only result in more transsexual sex workers catching a nasty chill after being caught in a downpour ... in a state where it rains about as often as it snows. I can't think of another panel being dressed up to imitate a cover either ...

I don't think Hoagy's so much reimagined one original panel where Pineapples listens to The Doors while fannying about with his gun as he has distilled a two page sequence into a single image. This page and this page from prog 579.

Only know this because I've just reread it, but prog 797. The same Zenith headshot appeared in the strip in the next prog (or the next again). The Pineapples cover appeared not long before this too.
