Apocalypse War/Block Mania - Dredd Case Files?

Looking for the two stories in the thread title, obviously another case of out of print and silly prices. Was just wondering if anyone knew if these had been reprinted in Case Files? If so does anyone know which of the case files would have the stories in them.
