A nice deluxe hardcover of this to complement volume 1 would be great!

Wonder if there will be a hardcover webshop exclusive edition like the black and white edition?
#18
How much smaller is this new edition compared to the original hardcover?

Enjoying 'Thistlebone' the most of the current line up. I really hope for a third hardcover collection of this series; maybe later in the year.

I meant have you any more news about when the updated and corrected JD Case Files 42 might be available for purchase. (Sorry if this was not immediately clear).

I was thinking if the mistake in Case Files 42 is going to be fixed, is there any chance errors in other books could be addressed for subsequent printings? I was thinking of 'The Out', 'Fiends of the Eastern Front' volume 1 (i.e. 'Stalingrad') and 'America 2'.

P.S. Any further news about the Case File, Batman's Superior Cousin?

Funt Solo - If you are reading this, I just noticed your superb A-Z is missing the Ro-Busters story 'Seeing Red' from the 40th Anniversary Prog. (Hope you don't mind me pointing this out?!)

Received my webshop exclusive edition today and everything looks fine. I am really pleased Rebellion are re-printing what looks to be the entire Strontium Dog run from the beginning and even including text-only stories in this format. I hope to see more of the classic 2000ad strips given this treatment.

I also really wanted the Mek Files to be completed, but lost hope and bought the Ultimate Collection books with the additional stories in them to complete the ABC Warriors story. It seems to me a bitter shame to start a series in one format and then not finish it. (Similarly, I desperately want the last books of Finn and Third World War to come out in webshop exclusive hardcovers but am beginning to think they may never do).

I think that the strip JayzusB.Christ is remembering so fondly is 'The Bogatyr' (Prog 2111). For my own part, I really enjoyed most of Slaine over the years, but do agree that 'Dragontamer' should have stretched to three books and could have given him the finale he so richly deserved. I still think that overall the series deserves the 'definitive' deluxe treatment that Nemesis is undergoing at the moment.

lordmockingbird - you might want to send RogueTrpr a PM about this as he has not been active on the forum since November and probably has not seen your post. Good luck!

I just checked on the shop website and it was not listed as sold out anymore - perhaps just a glitch earlier?

'Dan Dare' volume 1 is scheduled to come in at a hefty 272 pages (is this a record for a Hachette book?) and will two volumes be enough to cover everything that was in the Rebellion editions?

Le Fink - you might want to send a note with your order to ask whoever deals with your second replacement copy to check it for this annoying defect before dispatch to avoid this happening again. There are perfect copies in stock as mine also did not have this fault. Good luck!

That's real bad luck, Le Fink. Are you going to try for third time lucky?
