A couple of sketches for a Daily Sketch Challenge I sometimes participate in.  The first is apparently Silk from Marvel the second is BatGirl from DCs the New 52.  I don't read Marvel or DC and I don't know much about these characters.  BatGirl's costume is awesome, though.  Love the leather jacket!

Hammerstein Sketch WIP. Excuse poor photo  :-[ (need to get a scanner!) Did start on this for monthly comp as Hammerstein mourning Terry (pile of goo to be at his feet!), but the robot mourning dead humans category seems to have been filled already!  ;)

From the new Star Wars trailer.....

Dumb all over, a little ugly on the side.

Did this for a friend who likes the Minions from Despicable Me as a thank you after she helped me make a custom Judge Minty iPad case.

Here is the iPad case. She made a Watchmen  case for her boyfriends Samsung tablet and said she would do one for me after I said how good it looked.
I coloured and edited the Minty strip and she put it on an iPad case for me. I love it.

Here's a couple of bits from yesterday. A small sculpey Judge Death bust and a quick Tom Baker sketch.

Love the Death head Darren, tis like a shrunken head. What material is it sculpted from?

Darren Stephens

Cheers Stu101. It was made from FIMO polymer clay. Lovely stuff to play with!

I have seen that in my local Hobbycraft but not really thought about the possibilities of it. Does it set or always stay pliable? (Isn't pliable a good word on a Friday night after a few beers eh!)
:D :-[ :-X

Jesus, you're all fecking amazing. Darren, it looks like you've chopped up an episode of DR and Quinch, and sewed it all back together in a Frankensteinly manner.  Jon, that's terrrifying and brilliant.

Ha, it does kinda look like a beefed up Quinch! Cheers Jayzus.  ;)
