Even better would be a return for Tyranny Rex on the scale of something like Deus Ex Machina. The Comeback was simply not enough. Perhaps he can link her back in with the reinvigorated Indigo Prime?

I'd love to see Tyranny back in some shape or form.
She was on the precipice of becoming one of 2000AD's 'Icon' characters at one stage (for me personally she is).
I wish her story had continued, as it was never less than immensely entertaining and had potential to go in almost any direction.

Decided to give All Star Superman another try, having not warmed to it first time round.

Still don't really get what all the fuss is about tbh. It also seems quite continuity-heavy, and doesn't really attempt to explain who all the weird characters are.

I'm also not very keen on Quitely's looser, sketchier artwork (darkened pencils?) nor the colouring.

I still like it for what it is, but by far Morrison's best take on the character was during his JLA run.

Only 2 non-2000AD comics for me this week:

Über 3 (the artwork isn't sitting too well with me, but I'll finish at least the first arc out of love & respect for Gillen)

Batman Inc 12 (finally getting back to Morrison's endgame after last issues superfluous interlude. I've also asked my LCS to keep me the Morrison variant cover out of sheer curiosity. Looking forward to picking this up)

Silk Spectre was a good fun comic that would have worked equally well under another title but did okay as an 'alternate universe Watchmen' story, and I suppose Minutemen wasn't too bad (although i don't think I lasted until the end) - quite an appealing volume with those two in it, and certainly the best of the BWs I read.  Good enough to risk your immortal soul though?  That's the question.

Both were by far the best 'Before Watchmen' titles, and by no coincidence Darwyn Cooke was involved.

I didn't give a monkeys toss about any perceived controversy when I read and enjoyed those particular BW comics, and likewise feel the same regarding Zenith.
