Unbelievable!

I managed to catch-up with an old mate of mine from college last night, ends up he's now working for IPC. After much innebriation, quite frankly I still cannot focus, he ends up telling me a blinder.

He works in their test division or whatever you call it, place where they come up with new ideas for mags etc. and....

IPC are launching a NEW Sci-Fi superhero comic!!!!! It's going to be a glossy job, come out on the 1st of every month, around ?4 an issue and is to go up against Tooth. Apparently it's in response to Hollywoods success with all the superhero comics, I still think that a monthly is having a laugh!!!

Nice list of stories that ought to be April Fools, but sadly aren't.  Like the bitchy mention of a certain youthful west country singer, and the "watery PCs" story is brilliant - you demented fools!
