Help! Chaos Bleeds

Anyone got 'Chaos Bleeds' the Buffy PS2 game (might be out on other formats)?

Any suggestions on the best way to kill Karkistos on the Faith level?
I've pretty much figured that you need to damage the magic spheres before attacking the vampire but there's too many zombie attacks to survive!
Any clever tricks?

i have it, but i am currently playing crimson skies and tiger woods 2004. so i will have to ask my son tonight if he has the answer to this.

I just can't be bothered to play that whole level again just to get stuck at the end again without any more idea of if I'm at least trying it right!
