Didn't Marvel make a huge deal about this happening when they finally got their filthy hands on it? And six years later, still nothing!

I imagine the lawyers have been busy. One of the comments on that Guardian article suggests that, as well as the legal problems, the sales of the hardbacks has also been poor. Personally, I'd blame that on the terrible colouring job that ruined the artwork.
