So much great art!

Cosier - Great work!

Ming - Your Lego looks awesome as always, and it was great to see your work featured in the bumper Christmas prog AGAIN! Congrats!

Super Super - Santa Tharg looks great and his minions creepy! I see a hint of Carlos' style in your work too, I like it!

Andy - As always,  you never dissapoint, great art and humor! Each elf looks unique and Dredd's expression is perfect.

Gail - another cracking entry to the advent calendar! Great choice of characters, gotta love SD!

1) 2000 AD PROG 2078: AGENT OF DESTRUCTION! - King Carlos! An awesome, highly detailed pose of Johnny in action. I was also pleased to see this cover reprinted as a full page in the Warlord Games Stront game rules book. I'd really like to see it in B&W.

2) 2000 AD PROG 2089" THE APES OF WRATH! - I love apes and Weston draws great apes! Also, Dredd's space costume is awesome!

3) 2000 AD PROG 2075: IN THE FIELD OF BATTLE - I'm always happy to see anything Rogue Trooper related. This cover with the Norts is great and the colours create a claustrophobic environment that makes those suits look necessary. Coleby has quickly become one of my favorite artists.

I like the Hershey. She appears appropriately aged but still pleasant/atteactive, which is not an easy thing to do.I find that  middle-aged woman in comics often look either 20 or 80 (too many lines around the eyes and face maybe?), but this Hershey looks experienced. Great work! Really enjoying these.

1) JUDGE DREDD MEGAZINE 399: Dredd taking on unseen MC1 Perps – I’m a sucker for painted art, and Brown’s cover is awesome! I like that Dredd is defending some “innocent” citizens (no one is innocent...) and I like the dirty city details.

2) JUDGE DREDD MEGAZINE 396: Jack vs Dredd – A Nice creepy cover, the painted Higgin’s art looks great.

3) JUDGE DREDD MEGAZINE 402: Lawson facing the innumerable horde - I love all the detail in the background.

Ah I'm disappointed to hear Kingdom is ending, but I read somewhere a while ago that when Abnett started the series he had a definitive ending in mind. Hopefully that's what we got.

I'd rather a good series come to a proper end instead of sitting incomplete in limbo.

We can see them now, amazing work Gail! I hope you are entering the Rogue Trooper art comp.

That Otto is fantastically grotesque!

That Dredd commission is awesome - The water colour adds a lot. I see Ian Kennedy adding splashes of water colour behind his commissioned figures as well and I think it really gives it a polished/complete look.

As much as I like digital artwork (especial the colouring), you just cant beat good ol' pencils and inks imo (I like the tangible aspect of paper art - although it is sometimes difficult to tell, that Painted City of the Damned and greyscale Dredd look real enough to me)

Thanks for posting these!

That's great Bagley! I like the colouring and the elf guns look awesome. The elves are indeed little jobs...but Santa, big jobs!

Sorry Gail, I can't see yours either. If it was chocolates you left behind, I didnt get any - Mardroid ate them all!

I've been enjoying everyone's contributions this year, and props should be given to PJ for his fantastic daily efforts. The more the merrier I day!

Andy,  I enjoyed the one you posted in this thread too! Imagine waking up Christmas morning to that..

Conrad - awesome poem! Lots of great references, and very long too - we appreciate the effort! There is no way Fox reads the whole thing, this is the text story of poems  :D

Oh no! Conrad did the text piece in this year's Christmas annual?

Haha yes! *bam bam bam*  (air horn)

Colin - Awesome strip! A Calvin/Flesh crossover was inevitable considering all those Dinosaur! Great work!

It is indeed beginning to feel a lot like Christmas - this advent calendar is looking great!

Eamonn - the bookclub is always a highlight (and a regular part of my work week). Fun to see how my favorites stack up against others.

Steve - Snowpocalypse War is a pun worthy of Dredd! I wonder, does Walter the Snowbot have a support role...

Snazz - I enjoyed the short story, Christmas Dredd's are always a favorite of mine, that old softie.

PJ - Awesome entries! I especially like the gruesome City of the Damned Dredd... after all, red is a great Christmas colour.
As for requests, Anderson might be an obvious one, so maybe Sov judge Kazan or one of my new favorites, Heston?

Great work Pete! Nice selection of images and moments to show off Carlos' Legacy.

Woah, that Groot/Rocket picture is awesome! That would make a great print.

And a nice Gibbons portrait, I like the colour choice.

I agree with the previous Dredd comments, all worth reading.

I'd like to add Jaegir as a highlight - it and Kingdom are my two current favorites.

Also, the return of Johnny Alpha to the prog (Blood Moon, Repo Men etc) is fantastic.
