What's this 90's Channel 4 kids show...?

All I remember is that one segment had couples getting quizzed about their other half, with the loser getting dunked in water, and the winner getting dunked in tinsel. Any ideas?

Nope, it was "for kids, by kids!", & had several segments including the couples quiz. Sorry, but I don't have much to go on...

UPDATE:

Late 90's / early 2000's Channel 4 show show in on either Saturday or Sunday morning which was "for kids, by kids!", & had several segments including a quiz for couples, where said couples were asked questions about their other half, with the loser getting a bucket of water poured over them, while the winner had a bucket of tinsel poured on them. Any ideas?
