It's all right, that's in every contract.
That's what they call a sanity clause.
You can't fool me, there ain't no sanity clause.

Ah, another truly magnificent advent calendar begins to draw to a close and what a year it been! Film, games, wrapping papers, sculpture, podcasts, craft, cakes, stunning comic strips, tabloid journalism, Christmas decorations, scary ghost stories and glorious, glorious artwork! Thank you to you all, if only my choccy advent calendar was as exciting!

I believe a special mention must be made for Mr Andy Lambert who spoiled us continually with his utter brilliance - Merry Christmas you filthy drokker!

Christmas is a very busy time for the creator droids, as Tharg only allows them 30 seconds of downtime for Christmas before they have to start work again. I asked several if they could contribute and while many have looming deadlines, six fine droids have managed to send a little something. We may hear from more as the day goes on...

In order of receipt...

First, the glorious Jake Lynch sent this wonderful Harry Heston image. Genuinely hope you have a merry Christmas Jake!

Next up, the wonderful PJ Holden sent us this cheeky Dredd and Anderson image...

Karl Richardson took a break from the Dredd he's working on to bring us this beautifully festive image...

Superstar artist Chris Weston penned this jaw dropping Alpha picture...

While Colin MacNeil sent this lovely wee Dredd...

And finally (for now,) from the twisted mind of Dave Kendall, all of your darkest fears realised. I must warn readers of a nervous disposition that this image is disturbing to say the least...

A huge, huge thank you to everyone who has contributed this year, both pro and novice alike. Have a very, very merry Christmas everyone!

It's Panto season! Exclusive from the set of JUDGE DREDD: THE MUSICAL, while performing their Clone Dance, number, these lads would like to wish you....

JUDGE DREDD, THE MUSICAL! PUTTING THE 'LA' IN 'LAW!'*

*Sorry. (I think they'd had a bit too much to drink actually. The chap in the middle has his badge on sideways, and the one on the left looks completely gonzoed.)

While I'm trying to letter the last strips in this stupidly overambitious project, here's a present for you from Ro-Ho-Ho-Hogue Trooper (aka my son).  Luckily he didn't find you on his "Norty" list!

Rogue vs Dredd
Created in Stick Notes by Dash Jr (aka Ben).

PS "Bloo man" is what Ben used to call Rogue when he was little.  It's an in-joke not a typo.
PPS Ben says Dredd loses his glove not his hand, that's why he can still fire right-handed.  I just think it's because Dredd's dead tough!  "Fingers?  Who needs fingers?"

Judge Dredd- The Hold Out

This came to us as a try-out for David, and I was so pleased to see such a different interpretation of the script.
