I'm hoping that next year we'll finally get some proper Sinister Dexter collections to celebrate the 25th anniversary.

Oh I'd not clocked that. I wonder if Dabnett and Tharg have. Hope they do something with the strip in the Prog to mark it. I'm not holding out any hopes for a nice trade or hardback collection being viable alas.

I always struggle to get into Sin/Dex and this might help me to start from the beginning (it started in my slumber period away from the prog).
When I die, I want to die like my grandfather who died peacefully in his sleep. Not screaming like all the passengers in his car.

Old age is the Lord's way of telling us to step aside for something new. Death's in case we didn't take the hint.

"The Small House" - this was actually quite recently from prog 2100 up until 2109. You will also get the benefit of the start of Brink.

Well it always helps starting at the top but worth remembering it takes a while to really get going (well if you ask me). First stories I don't really like. Next to longer form stories, with Simon Davis art - Gunshark Vacation and Murder 101 are pretty good but not quite there. There is then a series of shorts after that however which are just superb.

Thanks for that Colin I know that establishing a story and gets it going can take time. Most of the classic stories started with a lot of one part stories as well. If Rebellion publish this collection I will grab it (or in my case download it) even if it is just to watch Davis wonderful painted work.

Both Ladykiller and Small House is actually the end of long running story lines. Both these stories are excellent.

Ladykiller started in Prog 1991 ending in Prog 1998. It is about a serial killer PJ Maybe the original story was published in Prog 534. You can always get the trade "The Complete PJ Maybe" (it does not contain Ladykiller) https://shop.2000ad.com/catalogue/graphic-novels/more-dredd/GRN279

Small House you might have to invest in the trades Titan (https://shop.2000ad.com/catalogue/graphic-novels/more-dredd/XB573) and Trifecta (https://shop.2000ad.com/catalogue/graphic-novels/more-dredd/XB476). If you can hold on theirwill be a Small House trade coming soon and it might contaion the complete story line including the above mentioned.

Oh Stevie's giddy aunt!!! Loved Buster as a nipper.

What are the chances of Pat writing a new Ivor Lott & Tony Broke story which ties it into the Millsverse?
"We'll send all these nasty words to Aunt Jane. Don't you think that would be fun?"

Is there any news about if the Judge Pin from SJS storyline will pick up again this year?

Is there any news about if the Judge Pin from SJS storyline will pick up again this year?

The following is a quote out of prog 2100 where Rob Williams mentioned Judge Pin:

'This talk of Trifecta and Dredd's secret little team prompts
us to wonder about the prospect of seeing a few familiar
characters in The Small House – perhaps Judges Pin and
Gerhart from the other ongoing slowburner series he's been
developing with Chris Weston? 'No Judge Pin in this one,'
he replies. 'That's very much my and Chris Weston's story,
which is largely separate from this. Chris and I have plans
for Pin, we know the end of that story, we just need to get
Dredd there.'

So I am sure that we will see her coming sometime 2019
