Me and the mrs really enjoyed this.  Quite refreshing to have a good comic adaptation.

Very humourous (loved his assiss robot), Downey Jr was very good.  Wasn't too sure about him doing it after the Jonathan Ross interview but he pulled it off really well.

Final Battle was a bit naff and predictable.  I also missed the end credit bit......bollocks.  I seen a lot of people sitting about......they must have knew!

One question though - the ironman movie has made me feel like reading the comics as it does seem a pretty good idea..........but does he actually tell everyone he is ironman in the comics??  

I mean it is refreshing and it did put a little chill down my neck but how do they continue the story with everyone knowing who he is?

Do you guys bother with the case files.  I mean most of you guys are hardcore readers and probably have most of the originals.  So do a lot of you guys buy them.  The dredd universe is my favourite strip by far and thats why I wanted to read all of them from start to finish.

Just a quick question guys.

I am collecting all the case files but I was just wondering:  are the case files going to be printed in colour just like the originals were and how long do the case files intend to run to?

Yeah 8 xboxs, he might be lying but he doesn't sound the type, hes in his mid thirties but has had the elite working fine for a while now.  I'm not sure if it was 8 different xboxs but he has had them fail 8 times and sent away.

I can't complain really as there is a guy at my work who has had his xbox repaired 4 times in 6 months and a guy online had 8 different machines in the space of a year.  Never heard of the elite going tits up so I might upgrade after this.

Did you get the full ring of death?  I got just 3 segments!  Not as bad apparently but same outcome!  Tried it once more the console actually worked..........but as soon as I put the HDD back in it went back to normal.  

getting picked up on monday, would be great if I got it back for next weekend

my mates are all gloating that they'll all have GTA  a week in advance of me

As I was happily kicking ass on Call of Duty 4 last night My xbox decides its had enough of this whole playing games malarky and decides to give me a little celebration of colour instead.  Unfortunatly for me this display of red colour means death!

Yes thats right I have just received the ring of death days before the mighty GTAIV is released.  To say I'm not happy with Billy Gates at the moment is an understatment.  So i phoned him and he is picking i up on monday for 2-4 week holiday.........what am I going to do? Talk to the girlfriend??

EH??? Its only old PS3's that have the backward compatability.  Sony have been trying to make the PS3 as cheap as possible and have been cutting corners after every gen of the console because they are heamorraging money since the PS3 launched.

You have only heard people say stuff like "n***er jew" on halo3???  Thats amazing because you get absolute ring pieces playing all games no matter what format you play on.........thats not a xbox problem......in my experience it is a yanky problem! lol

MS released a statement claiming the 360 version of GTA had outsold the PS3 version on a 2 to 1 basis.  Which is huge for MS as the PS3 is very popular over there

I'm not too happy but I do have a v1 xbox so you should have less probs with a new xbox.  If I were buying new like yourself I would get an elite.  1080p and the right leads to hook it up to its full potential.

Don't listen to the ps3 fanboy either, they just argue to justify their purchases.  Fair enough if you want a console that has a totally updatable blu ray player but no games to speak of then go ahead.  But like me if you buy a "games" console to play sh*t hot "games" then theres no argument to be had.  Xbox Live is faultless and great fun.

I mean even the multiplatform games like GTA are a better investment on xbox and not to mention that Most games run smoother on the xbox cause the hardware can run games easier and the frame rate never suffers as much as the ps3 does

Xbox Elite.......well it does what it says on the tin.  The grand daddy.

p.s. I have a ps3 aswell..........I have no games for it, theres just none good enough

In reply to vxxbuz - they were probably following you cause they thought you were feeding them - trust me mate I used to have to cross a field full of them when walking some of my dogs and on the way back near on 40 of them squeezed me in a corner - I just had to take a deep breath and walk through them (FYI they are not afraid of dogs) and they parted like the red sea!  I shat it aswell and started running and so did they but eventually found out after doing this 4 times that they do this cause they think they are getting fed!  Still bigger than I thought they were especially a foot away!

I couldn't harm an animal unless i really had to!  I used to have a pet services business up until 3 months ago (gave it to my ex to keep - aint I nice www.pagepets.co.uk) and have looked after near on a thousand different dogs and I love german shephards (looked after 5 altogether) but one turned on me once and it was a very scary moment! I would rather take on a giraffe if given the choice TBH

My entry would have to be one of those vicious barsteward monkeys that have the big purple arses and multicoloured faces - reason being I was watching a documentary about them and they were bullying and killing these little monkeys - I was so pissed off I had to turn the channel - if I could use that rage I'm sure I could win!

Judging by the lack of replies I get on my posts I am assuming you all know I'm a newbie, lol thats not a problem guys and my interest in the comics has started to grip me again like it once did in the early 90's.  I just wanted some info.

You all say zenith is great but very rare and will never be reprinted..........so whats the reason for this o'great ones?
