There is currently a problem with processing some print subscription renewal payments, which unfortunately we inadvertently introduced when we went live with our new web shop (https://shop.2000ad.com ). If your subscription renewal payment is currently failing, it's likely to be this problem, rather than a problem with your payment card, unless your registered payment card has expired.
We should have a fix rolled out soon, and will post here when this has gone live. You can either then make a manual subscription payment (here: https://shop.2000ad.com/account/subscriptions) to cover your failed renewal payment, or just wait for an automatic second attempt to collect payment to be made 7-days after the original failed payment.

This issue has now been resolved and all subscription payments are processing as normal.
