How are the comics packed when deliverd to subscribers?

I've been thinking of subscribing (as i buy every issue anyway), but i'm one of those people who cant stant to have ther collection bent, so i wanted to make sure they were packaged safly.

White A4 envelope. If you're that worried about receiving issues that aren't in mint condition, then order via a comic shop or through your newsie.

Despite only being protected from the ravages of the postie and my letterbox by a thin white envelope, 90% of my subs arrive in mint condition.

The other 10% are as near as dammit to mint, with perhaps a slight crease in the spine or on a corner.

Only once has my prog arrived with a tear in it, and the subs dept. (ie Denise the Wunder-Employee) immediately sent me a free replacement.
