Paul,

Drago or rather 'Efil Drago San' is Brit cit's top crime lord. Has his hands in all the crime pies but is untouchable. He is short, fat and ugly.

He is Armitage's main foe. Like Death is to Dredd, Joker to the Batman, Brown to Blair.
