I've Just been reading William Hope Hodgsons The House On The Borderlands, which is in parts a cracking read though its weighed down with reams and reams of cosmic dullness, and I'm wondering if anyones read the Vertigo adaptation? If so is it much cop? I'd also be interested in knowing if the Alan Moore introduction is any good.

Oh, and does anyone know if The Night Lands is worth wading through?

Arthur, I enjoyed the House on the Borderlands, not a modern novel I know, but good all the same.

I have HEARD that nightlands is a long and  tedious read.
