Don't think anyone's mentioned this. I bought a copy of Hellboy: The Wild Hunt today and was very pleased to read the dedicationby Duncan Fregredo:

"For my Dad, with whom I enjoyed the comic thrills of musical, killer robots and a cute grocery-shopping/spacefaring chick with a psychotic robo-dog."

Obviously, Good Fathers + Tooth = damn good artists.

PS If you haven't read Fregredo's work on Hellboy you are missing out.
