What can that mean? It's Harry Exton, better known as Buttonman , pretending to be Phil Shapps.

Puzzling. It's almost like a magnificent scheme put together to get even more letters printed and by adding a 'C' the miscreant has avoided any detection through character databases or whatever Tharg has when he rigorously checks the letters.

After literally seconds of deliberation the committee has no option but to award the Schapps score of  8 points to Stephen Watson who cited the infamous D Reay incident to promote his case.
