No, I don't believe they've ever patched things up since the whole 'reprinting Captain Britain in the US' episode. Though I believe Moore did allow the reprint of his Captain Britain work a couple of years ago as a sort of peace offering (coloured by Jose Villarubia), but I don't believe they've spoken in years - a great pity really, but none of our business all the same.
