A query about the 2000 AD shop

I recently (Monday) ordered Nemesis Book 2 from the shop and I was wondering if you get an Email confirming that you brought the item or even if the sale was acknowledged.

Sometimes you get an email, sometimes you don't. Last time I ordered a missing Prog and the Winter Special and they never sent a confirmation email. Then they sent me the wrong issues but charged my card. I've emailed them twice now and had no response.

I've used it before and not had a problem. But the House of Tharg seems to be having a lot of communication/distribution problems lately
