Same Easter Eggs - just the one from the extended Fellowship.

It says:

Easter egg instructions for The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring - Extended Edition (R2)
This phenomenal DVD is an absolute treat for fans and contains an easter egg on the second disc. From the Main Menu, go to the Select A Scene page and from there, highlight 48 from the list on the right and press Enter on your remote control. This should take you to another page, from where you should highlight Official Fan Club Credits and press Down on your remote control. This should reveal an image of The Two Towers at the bottom of the screen - pressing Enter on your remote control now, will show a short message from Director Peter Jackson, followed by a trailer for Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. This egg runs for around 4 minutes and is presented in anamorphic widescreen and Dolby Digital Surround EX.

An MTV spoof (entitled Lord of the Piercing and featuring Jack Black and Sarah Michelle Gellar) was included on pretty much all non-UK versions of this disc, but was deemed too rude for a PG certificate - it could have been included at the expense of a 12 certificate, but the decision was made to drop it for the lower age rating.
