Hi all,

I had a few requests for what I had left to sell, so here we are. I've had these for years but needs must.

Two pages by Kev Walker for Judge Dredd: Sin City (please excuse the yellow hue from the bedroom light, the paper is a crisp white)

And the jewel of my collection, from Colin MacNeils' gorgeous Final Solution...

Acetate overlay is separate to the painted artwork.

Feel free to dm me. I do have a price in mind but happy to hear offers up till sunday night.

cheers

Hi all, just to let those asking know, the 3 MacNeil pages and Talbot page have already been sold. The Weston page however will be going on ebay on friday if i get no offers direct through the forum. I've a few other pieces i might be selling, just debating if i can be parted from them yet.

I've often said that Dredd would work best as a TV show, an HBO-style procedural set in MC1 with an ensemble cast, not always focusing on Dredd himself, but including the huge diverse cast of characters we've seen in the last 30 years following an overall arc plot. RO-BUSTERS would be a great animated series for the CBBC audience; thematically TRANSFORMERS RESCUE BOTS is similar. My 5 year old loves RESCUE BOTS. STRONTIUM DOG could be a great space western series as well but would fit a filmic trilogy, as would an updated ROGUE TROOPER.

The great thing about 2000ad is the massive portfolio of characters waiting for someone with vision and a sizeable budget to come along and bring them to life on the screen. I don't know if the BBC would be the best home for it though.

A guess- Could the middle one be Nigel Dobbyn? There's a certain roundness to the eyes that reminds me of his work, and he's worked on licensed comics before?

Re: the skull in the helmet- when I did the storyboard of the first reveal of the post, I remember thinking there already was a skull in the original teaser photo, and just drew it in as such, not realising the difference until afterwards. The memory of the Bolland cover must have been somewhere in our collective heads!
