Absolutely love how it looks like Buttonman has sprouted a sympathetic tuft of Mohican in that picture with Satanist!

Satanist

Link Prime - Aargh sorry didn't catch that was you!

Huffster - The older I get the more unreliable those beer goggles become.
Hmm, just pretend I wrote something witty eh?

Get off the thread Huff!

A small birthday interlude.

Yesterday we went to 'The Little Steakhouse' in Paisley where I had a decent sized steak.

For starters I had the haggis balls. These were tightly packed and fried (it is Scotland) and anchored with a puddle of mash. I ate two and traded the other for a bit of the wife's goat cheese tart - all were delicious!

Next up was the main event. I had an 8oz sirloin cooked medium. I was talked out of the 12oz as '8oz is the equivalent of two quarter pounders' but I could have eaten more. We got one chips and one mash as accompaniments and all were gorged down. Not a fan of tomatoes or mushrooms so I made do with the extravagant onion rings.

For pudding I had the sticky toffee pudding and it was lovely. Nice ginger sponge with hot toffee stuff all over and a can of custard to put out the fire. A birthday meal for the ages!

Zarjazzer

A fabulous birthday treat. That looked ultra-nom.
The Justice department has a good re-education programme-it's called five to ten in the cubes.

That custard appears to have arrived in a tin bucket.

It did and for no conceivable purpose - the whole thing was red hot an tipping it out was a painful chore. It also didn't seem to be the most sanitary receptacle either.
