So, my project is growing. Just had some more books back from the bindery. I now have every prog from 2005 through to 2010 bound in lovely hard covers. Next will be 2011, 2012 and 2002-2004.

Not a 2000ad one but I love it so posting anyway

Just got back from the London MCM expo and thought I'd post some sketches I had done. Not sure if these should have gone in the 'Original Art' thread. oh well I guess it can be merged if need be.

I still can't work out how to post individual pics so am posting a link to my photobucket album (hence they'll be some non 2000ad shots in there)

Also some I got some really nice sketches by Jacademus who recently did the Citi-def story in the megazine. I know that story (script by Tony Lee) got pretty much panned,this stuff is his new creator owned work, Tinpot Hobo. It's pretty sweet.

So, I recently became addicted to comic binding.  For those that aware of this highly intoxicating hobby, you take a bunch of comics, cut out all the double page ads, back cover and anything else you don't want and then send it all off to a book bindery and they turn it into a lovely hard bound edition.  The beauty is that you're not restricted to standard publisher tpb contents but can include whatever you desire.  I have done quite a few Marvel/DC binds but decided I now wanted to do some 2000ad stuff.

I have two binds done of Megazine supplements, 275-290 and 291-306.  I then started the ambitious task of having every prog bound.  I started with 2010 and split it into two binds.  So, with two volumes for each publishing year it will be a lot of work but well worth it.  So much easier to flick through 25+ progs in one volume than leafing through individual progs.  

Also I will going to the Kapow Comicon at the weekend and will hopefully get some creators sigs in the front blank pages (maybe even a sketch or two if I'm lucky)

Just getting back into 2000ad et al and came across an old copy of this mega special.  i like the look of the polar judges and pan-african judges as featured in the 'dredd's world' article.  can anyone recommend me some stories involving them? cheers in advance.

collected for while in the 900's, stopped and started again about a year ago after picking up over 1000 issues on ebay for under £200!  been trying to fill in the gaps but am finding prog 1208 really hard to find. silveracre has it for around £30 i think.  can't really find any reason as to its scarcity or where else to look.  any help much appreciated.
