My mammoth re-read is now in the late 900's.... and boy, i must be down to reading just Dredd and Slaine!!
Having not re-read them for many a year, i suddenly realise why i stopped buying it at thew time, namely -

Can I just stand up and defend Time Flies tho? read back thru some of the posts, and its seems not a lot of people liked this, but i found quite clever and funny.....

With a view to the currant poll on who should be the next Actor to play the role of the mighty JD does it really matter is in he shouldnt remove his helmet anyway so nobody would be able to identify the overpaid monkey no matter what,probably slighlty late with this one but only just logged on so be gentle

judgement day is fresh in me mind as i just finished re-reading the whole thing.
At the end, sabbat is left stafed on the lodestone rght? so what happens if someone gets him off there to start again? theres a lot more dead bodies now...... reckon there could be a good 20/30 part story there....

I started reading 2000ad when i was 6/7, but didnt appreciate it until I turned 17/18, which would have been at the beginning ofd the 90's. My favourite stories seem to come from this time - Zenith, Finn, Armoured Gideon, et al. apart from the abortion that was big dave - I still dont find this funny!!, thing is, I stopped reading when the mid 90's came - I havent got one issue from between 96 and 2000 - thought, just like every one else i think, that they lost their way....
The BIG question - whats your favourite time for 2000ad?
