Polls and cards

I've just added a new type of poll - rating scales. Instead of ticking options you rate each option on a 1 to 10 thrillpower scale (i.e. as used everywhere else on the site). I think it's working correctly but will need to be tested properly live.

Also, Robin Lees has set up a spinoff Ecards site. At the moment the front page takes a bit of time to download, but hopefully it will be improved soon.
