Phew - just had a panic attack cos I couldn't find any trace that I'd actually got a ticket, and really thought I may have forgotten to book - had to do an advanced search on my entire e-mail folder* with keyword LEEDS before I found it.

* my e-mail folder is with TalkTalk.com, which has the shittiest e-mail service I've ever come across - the  search took about five minutes with NO indication if it had stopped ort was still searching (bloodyISPsmuttergrumble)

Well I never, that was the worst car journey in a long time. The amount of roadworks on the M1 was rather stupendous. No sooner did we emerge from one set, when we entered another.

Currently waiting at Manchester Oxford Road. Train to Leeds arrives at 08:06 and arrives an hour later so i'll be at the 2000AD table as soon as the doors open.
