Good Grud, there's some superbly twisted and enjoyable stuff there, isn't there? Anyhow...
1) jmean - What if Dredd went evil and got SIDEBURNS for being so deliciously swaggersome.
2) Jon - What if Fargo had failed to achieve his political reforms. The line about the visor is the icing on a damn fine piece.
3) Glenn Broadway - What if Anderson hadn't become a judge - not least for the fun smorgasbord kitchen sink approach.
HM - SuperSurfer - What if Dredd was a mutie because looking at that helmet actually makes me feel giddy. I think you've broken my eyes a bit but I can't help staring at it.
Great contest, with an awfully lot of solid entries (matron), which makes this a very difficult task:
1. jmean - it is the ultimate reversal of fortune and the concept was really brought to life
2. Jim Campbell - Purity Brown Deviant hunter, classic
3. Bolt-01 - Kid Knee is a great character and I wouldn't want him changed but it is nice to know that he did well in an alternate universe. Plus Collar & Cuffs? Brilliant.
HM: Bluemeanie 1 - if most chaps got X-ray vision it'd be a life of peeping-tomdom for us.

The other I would have picked was the Kid Knee one. I think that's beautifully drawn. Just as good as the other in a way, it was the spooky weirdness that swung me to the Anderson camp.

1 - CFM - Chopper/Dredd - love it; great positioning & execution.
2 - Skullmo1 - Tharg/McDonalds - Great idea, love the spot colour and the thrillsucker toy on the counter.
3 - Jon - Fargo fail - Really well done, professional in every regard. If it had WEHK (Will Elder/Harvey Kurtzman) in the corner somewhere I'd almost believe it had been in a copy of Mad magazine.
