I'm hoping to get along next Tuesday on a rare trip to the Capital. Is it fairly easy to find for us country mice?

Cheers - but where are the fields?

Where I grew up we gave directions like "turn right by the willow tree, and then it's just past the cattle grid"...!

Bolt-01

Rufus, is there any chance of the exhibition appearing elsewhere in the country?

Pretty unlikely I'm afraid.
There's no infrastructure in place to move the displays, or funds.
This was done purely for the love of Tharg and, has bitten deep into both mine, and Playlounge's pockets.
I am hoping though to organise some Artists Retrospectives....the names McMahon, Gibbons and Ezquerra spring to mind...

Megadeth

Shame it's not open on Sunday as I'm making a rare trip to the capital myself this weekend.

yeay ! the expo rocks dudes !

a big thanks to Rufus for the (smug mode on)private viewing  (smug mode off ). Its great to see all that deeelicious original art let out of the dayglow vaults.
Its also very refreshing & exiting to see a whole new art / design spin on things, favorite thrills re-visualised...and why the hell not ?

well worth the 13 hour in blizzards journey down there to see it.

directions = south of the snow, to a place with no cattle grids & an orange instead of starry sky, where lights are everywhere & people speak in strange toungues, along a noise tube with no air then around the corner from many many shops.

Dunk!

Travelling down on Sat to see this and really looking forward to it.

Retrospectives of such iconic 2000ad artists? Oh please. I'd pay to see this. Especially if they could be persuaded to talk about their work.
