Almost as good: "You're not so tough without your car!" Swarzeneggers side-kick in Kindergarten Cop.

Not that funny, but the set-up was worth it.

A couple of my favourite lines from films are:

"I have come...to chew bubblegum and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum." - They Live (which also, I'm pretty sure, contains the longest fist fight in cinema history)

Roger Moore as James Bond in Live & Let Die (I think) When he's fighting the bloke with a claw instead of a hand, and the bloke drops something. Bond says "Butterclaw" Fantastic or what!
