Just seen this on tinterweb -what a woman! I reckon Dredd would put her away for five months for unauthorised misuse of fashion accessories and causing an RTC...

Books & Comics / Comic Theme Tunes

Okay, I admit I only performed a cursory search so don't really know whether it's been covered before but does anyone read their comics/Graphic Novels to music?

I figure movies and TV shows usually have music -the last piece that really struck me was 'Kick-Ass' with John Murphy's 'In a Heartbeat' from 28DL being used in the shop scene.

The music from BSG was very atmospheric and the theme of the Cylons was quite a foreboding one.

All of the 2000ad trailers on the forum have great background sounds.

I tried one of those 70's compilations with a bit of Elton John for Savage 'Taking Liberties' and that really captured the mood. Likewise Ry Cooder's 'Paris, Texas' soundtrack worked beautifully for 'Origins' and the sense of doom created by Tippet's 'Child in Our Time' created quite a tense atmosphere for reading 'Crossed' back to back. 'Mezzanine' by Massive Attack for anything Dredd related seems to put me in the right frame of mind.

So does anyone put anything on in the background before settling down on the sofa with their favourite strip and a cuppa/stella/Lancaster bomba?
