1 Steve Denton. Beautiful technique, great Dark Knight Returns idea.
2 Dog Deever. Damn, I was going to rework my Superhero Dredd from years back and never got the chance. But that's not why I am voting for DD's of course. It's just damn good. 
3 In Orbit Every Monday 2. Very stylish. Drawing style captures the era suggested by the book design.
