Thanks to naming one of our four kittens Hotshot, we can't hear that word (or Armour, Hi-Ex or Heatseeker*) without thinking of our cat.

* the word Hotshot appears more than the others, or at least is more prominent when it is mentioned.

Pop over to the Watchmen universe - the presence of masked viligantes led to pirate comics, not superhero comics, being the primary genre in their version of the USA.

It's tricky - I was an inpatient in a hospital ward and one of the other patients had mental health issues / possibly Alzheimer's.  They shouted vile racist abuse at a teenage girl visiting another patient.  Candidate for a private room, if there are any available?  No winners in that kind of situation.



Meanwhile, on a slightlier happier note, I can't say how well TS is doing, but they're still posting to a Sláine facebook group I follow (and that they're an admin for).  Just noticed it's a private group, so only members can see any content - though as there's over three hundred members there's a fair chance some of the people from this forum are already members...

I don't see why later series should be any shorter than previous - the title of the episodes are just a bit of a gimmick in general anyway!

This rumour has been going around for a while. I shan't get too excited until it's officially confirmed. He'd be good, but the fact that he's already played Aquaman might count against him.

Not so much of the past tense - as of this year, Momoa has appeared in a film as the current Aquaman - if it had been a few years ago the rumour would be more likely.

You can add a wealth of knowledge regarding the value of a cred if you sit-upon your haunches and read the rather cheeky Bum Rap from prog 1070, in which posterior-revealing clothing has a hefty tax applied in order to reduce the Judges' blushes, and their stern looks. You may cry foul - that this story from the mid-90s is somewhat at the rump end of things, but I think that would be splitting hairs. (Sorry if I missed the boat on this discussion, making my offerings something of a caboose. I shall end it here, break for lunch and enjoy some buns.)
