Great stuff. Was i the only one who hoped Bernard Cribbins Grandad in the new Who was going to turn out to be his character from the movies? Actually it was my mum who pointed out to me that they could have done that. Nerd that she is. :)

Both films are great fun - and the coloured Daleks still look fantastic. My wee girl loves them both :-)

Doctor Who and the Daleks was the one with Roy Castle in.
When I was a kid my school helped make the world's longest sandcastle.
Roy Castle was there with his Record Breakers mates and my friend dared me to 'go up and be cheeky to him'.

I said 'I saw you in Doctor Who and the Daleks'.
'Cor, that was a long time ago!' he replied.
'Yeah, you were a right spud!' I said and ran off down the beach.

I felt a bit guilty when he died.
