The problem was that the digital version was created that the last page (back cover) started as page 1. The way the app works is when you rotate the device for example the page 1 will always be on its own and page 2 and 2 will be wrapped together. Now the bad part was that none of the double pages was grouped together because the placement of the  back cover in the prog caused now everything to be misaligned. Googe's two double pages was split.

I think I know why we struggle to get AD in the newsstands and a it is that the colonies keep winning the country of the queen in all sport events. It is simply a case of revenge

A good prog yet again. Again, the highlight for the week and something to be grateful for in our house arrests.

The thing that really stood out for me is the great art in all the strips. I especially liked Simon Fraser new style. That two double pages in Survival Geeks are pure bliss.

This period was during my Long Walk so I've only read the Dredds.

I've heard about the Summer Offensive and always been curious about Big Dave. Has it ever been reprinted?

There are some copyright / ownership issues that mean I don't think it has. Which maybe  the same as those that surrounded Zenith - though that be could be wrong - or they are simply known to be creator owned (Edit actually Barney has them down as Creator owned). Whatever the reason there is clearly not the same desire to resolve or bypass these issues. At a guess as there isn't much demand to see these again?

Most of that is speculation on my part but in summary they have never been reprinted that I am aware of.

I have read somewhere (cannot remember where it was) that Big Dave is owned by the creators and not Rebellion. The ownership was transferred or something like that.

I watched the first episode and nothing about the show I liked. The characters for me was plain boring and the acting was sub-par. Felt like a cheap production. Sorry I just do not think this is worthwhile.

I am now more than halfway trough and it is just average. I cannot put my finger on it but the show feels a little bit empty. I struggle to really associate with any of the characters. The choice of music is annoying and feels like the 70s sci-fi movies soundtracks.

The missus has been pressuring me to watch this one. Can't Hemsworth think why.

Its because of the awesome acting, the deep story-line and the Oscar award directing.......

The IOS app works although it is very sluggish currently, whereas the Windows App is totally broken. I normally download the prog/meg via the website in CBZ format. I use the application CDisplayEx .

Yes I know this a Asterix thread but growing up as much as I like Asterix, Tintin will always be my favorite comic.

My favorite one is Asterix and the Cauldron but both Asterix the Gladiator and Asterix and the Normans I will always be the closets too since this is the first ones I ever read and it was translated into my home langue (makes so much easier for a six-year old).

I life in South Africa and the last physical copy I saw in our newsstands is about 20 years ago. So I went the digital route and the nice thing about this is that every prog since 2003 is available digitally.
