While there is some really lovely detail on the uniform there, what is the deal with Judge Death having muscley legs these days?  The Mongoose one is the same.

Don't feel bad. Carlos Ezquerra missed it as well back in Necropolis. It seems to have come and gone depending on the artist. Either that or he tucked it into his trouser leg.
