I don't know what's scarier - that someone thought Americop was a good idea, or that you knew who he was straight away.

I do like the fact that he drives a monster truck and has a 'hard hat' that he can chuck at people like Oddjob in Goldfinger though.

Marvel villains are among some of the stupidest and most fun you'll find in comics without delving into outright parody books - Squirrelgirl defeating Doctor Doom with an army of squirrels in a fully-canon story being particularly memorable.
"Confound these wretched rodents! For every one I fling away, a dozen more vex me!"

Captain America in the 1990s was brutally awful.  Americop wasn't the worst by a long chalk.
