Steal Asimo, the Honda robot, and re-program him to break into the photographer's high-security bunker.  Have him retrieve your photos and then torch the place (using a flame-throwing mod that any six-year old could build, having practised with their RoboSapien).

As the icing on the cake, sue the company for losing your photographs.
